Return & Replacement Policy

This policy is applicable to all 4x6 Black Photo Frame with Printed Photo orders.

1. Custom Product – No Returns

As this is a personalized product, returns and cancellations are not accepted after design approval.

2. Eligible for Replacement If:

  • Product arrives broken or damaged

  • Wrong frame size or photo used

  • Frame is defective or poorly finished

📌 Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.

3. Not Covered:

  • Blurry or poor-quality photo provided by customer

  • Minor color differences from digital preview

  • Mishandling after delivery
