Return & Replacement Policy

This Return and Replacement Policy applies to all A4 Red Photo Frame with Printed Photo purchases.

1. Custom Product – No Returns

Since it's made-to-order, returns and cancellations are not allowed after confirmation.

2. Eligible for Replacement If:

  • Frame or acrylic glass is damaged on arrival

  • Incorrect border size or frame color sent

  • Photo does not match the approved preview

📌 Must report within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

3. Not Covered:

  • Low-quality photo submitted by customer

  • Minor color shift from digital preview

  • Damage due to improper handling after delivery
