Return & Replacement Policy

This Return and Replacement Policy (“Policy”) applies to all Color Changing Magic Mug purchases made via AdLagao.

1. Custom Product – No Returns

Due to the personalized nature, returns and cancellations are not accepted after final design approval.

2. Eligible for Replacement If:

  • Mug arrives broken or cracked

  • Final design doesn't match approved preview

  • Major printing error or defect

📌 Raise a claim within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Not Covered for Replacement:

  • Design quality issues from low-resolution images provided by the customer

  • Color differences due to monitor/screen variation

  • After-use damage or change of mind
