Return and Replacement Policy
This Return and Replacement Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders of Glossy Laminated Square Business Cards purchased from AdLagao.

All products are custom printed according to customer specifications. Returns or refunds due to change of mind or design errors submitted by the customer are not accepted.
2. Replacement Eligibility
Replacements will be provided only if:

Products are delivered with material defects or damage.

Printing errors attributable to AdLagao, including incorrect size, paper thickness, or print sides.

Quantity received is less than ordered.

Printed design differs from the approved final design.
Replacement claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Eligible Situations
No replacement or refund for:

Customer-submitted design errors.

Minor color variations within standard printing tolerances.

Slight trimming or alignment variations within ±2mm.

Delivery delays or issues caused by incorrect customer info.
