Return and Replacement Policy
This Return and Replacement Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders of Non-Tearable Waterproof Business Cards purchased from AdLagao.
1. Custom Product Disclaimer
All cards are custom printed per customer specifications. Returns or refunds for change of mind or design errors submitted by the customer are not accepted.
2. Replacement Eligibility
Replacements will be provided only if:

Cards are defective or damaged on delivery.

Printing errors attributable to AdLagao (wrong size, paper thickness, print sides).

Quantity received is less than ordered.

Printed design differs from the approved final design.
Replacement claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
No replacement or refund for:

Customer-submitted design errors.

Minor color variations within printing tolerances.

Slight trimming or alignment differences within ±2mm.

Delivery delays or errors due to incorrect customer information.
4. Claim Process
