Return & Replacement Policy

This Return and Replacement Policy (“Policy”) applies to Premium White Personalised Coffee Mugs purchased from AdLagao.

1. Non-Returnable Item

As this is a custom-printed product, returns and cancellations are not accepted after final design approval.

2. Replacement Eligible For:

  • Damaged mug on arrival

  • Incorrect design (not matching approved preview)

  • Major misprint or quality defect

📌 Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Not Eligible For Replacement:

  • Design flaws caused by low-quality images provided

  • Color perception differences

  • Change of mind or after-use damage
