Return & Replacement Policy

This Return and Replacement Policy applies to all Roll Up Standee purchases through AdLagao.

1. Custom Product – No Returns

As this is a made-to-order item, returns and cancellations are not accepted after design approval.

2. Free Replacement If:

  • Product arrives damaged

  • Printing is incorrect compared to the approved design

  • Structural defect in the stand

📌 Raise any issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

3. Not Eligible for Replacement:

  • Design issues due to low-quality files from the customer

  • Minor color or alignment variation

  • Change of mind post-approval
