his Return and Replacement Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may request a return or replacement for printed products purchased from AdLagao.

1. Nature of Products

All products sold are custom-printed as per the specifications provided by the customer. As such, returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect design submission, or dissatisfaction with design/layout provided by the customer are not permitted.

2. Eligibility for Replacement

AdLagao shall offer a replacement only under the following circumstances:

• Products received are materially damaged or defective.

• Printing errors attributable to AdLagao, including incorrect specifications such as paper thickness, size, or print sides.

• Quantity delivered is less than the quantity ordered.

• The design printed does not match the version approved by the customer.

All replacement requests must be submitted within 48 (forty-eight) hours of product delivery.

3. Exclusions

No replacement or refund shall be issued under the following circumstances:

• Design errors or low-resolution graphics submitted by the customer.

• Minor color variations between digital previews and printed products, within accepted industry tolerance.

• Slight misalignment, trim deviation, or color shift within ±2mm or standard offset printing variation.

• Delay in delivery caused by incorrect contact details or address provided by the customer.

4. Replacement Process

To request a replacement, the customer must:

• Notify AdLagao via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Provide the Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the defect or discrepancy.

• Upon verification and acceptance of the claim, AdLagao will process a reprint and redelivery at no additional cost to the customer.

5. Limitation of Liability

AdLagao’s liability is limited strictly to reprinting and reshipping the affected order. Under no circumstances shall AdLagao be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from any defect or delay in order fulfillment.
