This Return and Replacement Policy (“Policy”) governs orders of Transparent Business Cards from AdLagao.

1. Custom Product Disclaimer

All cards are custom produced based on customer-provided content. As such, returns or refunds due to change of mind or user-submitted design errors are not accepted.

2. Replacement Eligibility

Replacements are offered only if:

• Product arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects

• There is a printing error caused by AdLagao (wrong sides, incorrect print, etc.)

• Quantity delivered is less than ordered

• The design differs from the final approved version

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacements will not be issued for:

• Mistakes in the artwork sent by the customer

• Minor differences in color or opacity

• Slight alignment or trimming shifts within ±2mm

• Delays or misdelivery due to incorrect customer input

4. Claim Process

To request a replacement:

• Contact AdLagao within 48 hours via WhatsApp (7908643232) or email (adlagao.digital@gmail.com)

• Submit your order number and photographic proof of the issue

• After verification, we’ll reprint and resend your order at no cost

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to replacing the defective batch. We do not cover indirect or consequential damages related to delivery or usage.
