1. No Return on Customized Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products—including but not limited to business cards, mugs, photo frames, t-shirts, stamps, stickers, invitations, and printed merchandise—all sales are final and non-returnable.

Once a product has been printed or produced as per the customer’s approval, it cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it is defective or damaged in transit.

2. Design Approval & Customer Responsibility

We provide a design preview or template approval via WhatsApp or email before production. It is the customer’s responsibility to check and approve:

• Spelling, contact details, and layout

• Product variant, quantity, and specifications

No refunds or reprints will be provided for errors in design approved by the customer.

3. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with printing errors not caused by the approved design, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement:

• Send a clear photo/video of the damaged item

• Include your order ID and contact information

If approved, we will either reprint the product or provide store credit at our discretion.

4. Digital Services (Non-Refundable)

All digital services, including logo design, website development, branding packages, and app conversion services, are non-refundable once work has commenced or designs have been delivered.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before design approval and payment confirmation. Once an order moves into the production or design phase, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6. Incorrect or Missing Orders

If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will investigate and resolve the issue by either correcting the error or resending the missing items.
